Looking for candidates having support level experience on Exchange Online, Exchange Servers, MS Teams, OneDrive, Viva Engagement.

Description:

• Lead the end-to-end transition of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Plan and execute transition strategy, knowledge transfer, and service onboarding to ensure operational readiness.
• Develop and document SOPs, runbooks, and governance frameworks for smooth handover to BAU teams.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for M365 technologies, providing guidance on best practices and architecture.
• Ensure minimal business disruption during migration and transition activities.
• Coordinate with global teams, stakeholders, and service providers for seamless transition execution.
• Validate service readiness, SLAs, and support models before BAU handover.
• Identify and mitigate transition risks, dependencies, and issues proactively.
• Support security, compliance, and identity integration (Azure AD / Entra ID, DLP, Conditional Access).
• Provide transition status reporting, governance updates, and stakeholder communication throughout the engagement.
