Accounts Assistant (Part-time) - Tue & Fri ONLY - $15.38/Hour @ Ubi

Duration: 6–12 months
Working Location: 21 Ubi Road 1
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 2 days per week (15 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform 3-way matching of Accounts Payable (AP) invoices against Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Received Notes (GRN).

• Check invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper supporting documentation.

• File and maintain invoices and accounting documents systematically.

• Assist with data entry and basic accounting administrative tasks.

• Support the Accounts team with invoice processing and document preparation.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of accounting and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy.

• Well-organised and able to manage documents systematically.

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Prior accounting experience will be an advantage.
