Job Summary

As a service ambassador, you will support outlet operations by serving food and beverages, managing cashier duties, and maintaining hygiene standards to ensure excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the outlet manager in daily operational tasks to ensure smooth outlet functioning
• Serve food and beverages to customers following F&B department procedures and standards
• Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and courteously to customer needs
• Maintain high service standards independently to uphold the café’s reputation
• Adapt quickly and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Assist in front-of-house setup and closing duties, ensuring hygiene standards are met
• Manage cashier operations accurately and efficiently during assigned shifts
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support outlet operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certification is preferred to support safe food handling practices
