HR cum Admin Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job advertisements, candidate screening, interview scheduling, onboarding, and offboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring strict compliance with Singapore employment laws and company policies.
• Administer payroll, leave management, and employee benefits inline with MOM regulations.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in accordance with MOM requirements.
• Manage company vehicle matters, including insurance renewals, as well as company business insurance coverage.
• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor material procurement and supplier follow-ups.
• Able to multi-task, result-oriented and meet deadlines.
• Undertake additional ad‑hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support overall business operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in HR and/or administration role.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience n the construction industry will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, with experience in payroll administration.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging professionally with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Candidates able to commence work at short notice will be preferred.
