Director of Sales & Marketing

We are looking for an accomplished Director of Sales & Marketing to help bring this new brand to market, shape and drive the commercial future.

The Opportunity

This is more than a traditional hotel sales and marketing leadership role. It is an opportunity to shape the commercial future of the Hotel as we bring a newly repositioned hospitality brand to life.

You will lead the Hotel’s commercial strategy — defining where and how we compete, building demand across existing and new markets, and driving sustainable growth in revenue, market share and profitability. Bringing together sales, marketing, revenue optimisation, distribution and strategic partnerships, you will translate the Hotel’s new positioning into commercial opportunities, strengthen key accounts and use market intelligence to sharpen decision-making. You will also build and lead a high-performing Sales & Marketing team with a strong culture of customer-focus, innovation and accountability.

Working closely with the General Manager, Hotel leadership team and company's stakeholders, you will help build a distinctive hospitality proposition that combines commercial excellence with meaningful purpose — ultimately creating value for guests, the business and the communities company serves.

What You Bring

You are an experienced hospitality commercial leader who combines strategic thinking with the energy and commercial instinct to build markets and make things happen.

You will ideally bring:

• A degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related discipline.

• At least 15 years of hospitality commercial experience, including 10 years in senior sales leadership.

• A strong track record of driving hotel revenue growth and commercial performance.

• Deep understanding of revenue management, distribution channels, sales and digital marketing.

• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate market insight into business opportunities.

• Experience leading, coaching and developing high-performing teams.

• The ability to navigate change, influence diverse stakeholders and operate effectively in a purpose-led organisation.

• Established corporate and hospitality industry networks in Singapore (preferred).
