💼 Senior Leadership Role | Hospitality

We are looking for an accomplished hotel commercial leader to drive the sales, marketing and commercial strategy of a hospitality property undergoing an exciting transformation, rebranding and repositioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall commercial strategy, driving revenue, market share and profitability.
• Oversee Sales, Marketing, Revenue Optimisation, Distribution & Strategic Partnerships.
• Develop new markets, strengthen key accounts and identify new business opportunities.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Sales & Marketing team.
• Work closely with the GM and leadership team on the hotel's rebranding and commercial positioning.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or related discipline.
• 15+ years of hospitality commercial experience, including 10+ years in senior sales leadership.
• Proven track record of driving hotel revenue growth and commercial performance.
• Strong knowledge of Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales & Digital Marketing.
• Strong leadership, commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Established Singapore corporate/hospitality network highly preferred.

🎯 Ideal Candidate

A Director of Sales & Marketing / Commercial Director / Director of Sales from a recognised hotel or hospitality group with strong commercial ownership, hotel sales networks and revenue-growth achievements.
