Programme Operations Officer (Outram Park, 5 Months)

Job Scope:
· Monthly eDM vetting

· IO BAP event scheduling, cancellation, penalty waiver

· IO BAP accounts management (create, enable, update, delete)

· Creation of CSAT surveys

· Monthly CSAT report

· Monthly/weekly audit reports

· Monthly accrual submissions from vendors

· Monthly invoicing verifications

· Monthly verification ofco-trainer/co-facilitators deployment

· Health Ambassador attendance reports

· BAP attendance consolidation for Community Steps Challenge for Community Partners

Support data management and analysis for IO programmes, including consolidating datasets across various sources, tracking participation and programme outcomes, and maintaining the department dashboard

Location: Outram Park

Salary: $12/H

Period: Sep 26 to Feb 27

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (office hours)

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or GCE 'A' Level qualification with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
• Good communication, project coordination, and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft programmes (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Power BI)
• Experience in scheduling, invoice processing, data verification, and stakeholder coordination
• Basic familiarity with Python or other data tools would be an advantage
