Client Experience Officer

At Far East Flora Market, we work closely with florists, event planners, businesses, and everyday flower lovers from all over Singapore. From wholesale flower operations to creative events and seasonal activations, no two days here are exactly the same.

We are looking for someone dependable, warm, and hands-on to join our team as a Client Experience Officer.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems calmly, and working in a fast-paced environment where communication and teamwork matter.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-ins
• Coordinating orders and requests with internal teams
• Supporting daily sales and customer service operations
• Following up on delivery issues, replacements, and customer concerns
• Handling backend administrative coordination where required
• Supporting operations during peak seasons, activations, and events
• Helping maintain a smooth and positive customer experience across all touchpoints

Who We Think Will Fit This Role

• Someone responsible, organised, and dependable
• Comfortable communicating with customers professionally and warmly
• Able to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn and support different parts of the business when needed
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, and basic computer systems
• Prior customer service, retail, or operations experience is a bonus, but not a requirement

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a good attitude who is willing to grow with the team.
