Retail Assistant

At Far East Flora Market, we welcome customers from all walks of life — from everyday flower lovers to event planners and floral businesses.

We are looking for someone friendly, approachable, and comfortable interacting with customers in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role is suited for someone who enjoys customer interaction, maintaining beautiful retail spaces, and being part of a team that creates positive shopping experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assisting customers with enquiries and purchases
• Replenishing and arranging products on display
• Supporting cashiering and daily retail operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the retail space
• Assisting during festive periods and store activations
• Supporting the team with general retail duties
• Helping create a smooth and positive customer experience

• Prior retail experience is a bonus, but not required
