We are seeking a hands-on and proactive Marketing Executive / Senior Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and consumer-facing activities.

The position involves a strong focus on traditional and on-ground marketing, including events, roadshows, product sampling, brand activations, campaigns and partnerships, alongside digital marketing support.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing projects from planning through to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan, coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Manage marketing calendars and ensure campaigns are delivered according to timelines and objectives.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, vendors and external agencies.

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports based on relevant KPIs and insights.

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and execution.

Events & Brand Activations

• Plan and execute consumer-facing events, roadshows, product sampling activities, workshops and brand activations.

• Manage end-to-end event coordination, including concept development, logistics, vendor management and on-site execution.

• Coordinate with external partners, communities and relevant stakeholders to drive engagement.

• Evaluate event outcomes and identify improvements for future activations.

Creative & Digital Marketing Support

• Coordinate the development of marketing materials such as promotional visuals, online banners and e-commerce assets.

• Prepare creative briefs and liaise with creative agencies or internal teams.

• Review marketing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.

• Support digital marketing activities as part of broader integrated campaigns.

Customer & Community Engagement

• Monitor customer feedback and enquiries across relevant communication channels.

• Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams to ensure timely and professional responses.

• Identify recurring customer feedback and work with relevant stakeholders to improve customer experience.

Packaging & Product Support

• Assist with packaging updates and product-related marketing materials.

• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure product information and labelling are accurate and meet applicable requirements.

• Maintain proper documentation and records relating to marketing and product updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.

• 2–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably with exposure to consumer marketing, FMCG, retail, events or brand activation.

• Experience in offline/traditional marketing, roadshows, events or campaigns will be advantageous.

• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

• Highly organised with good attention to detail.

• Proactive, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
