Payroll Executive (Timesoft / Prosoft)

• Manage monthly payroll operations, ensuring timely and accurate salary payments.

• Handle employee compensation matters, including salary reviews, bonuses, and benefits (including medical insurance and leave entitlements), etc

• Ensure statutory compliance, including IR21 submissions and payroll-related regulations.

• Maintain accurate HR and payroll records, and handle employee queries on payroll, benefits, and taxes.

• Prepare HR reports, perform data analysis using Excel, and assist with audits and management reporting.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes related to payroll and benefits administration.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

• 3-5 years of HR experience with a focus on payroll and compensation & benefits functions

• Experience with Timesoftware is advantageous

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analytical tasks

• Solid understanding of employment regulations and CPF guidelines in Singapore
