HR Executive (Generalist / Regional Portfolio)

• Manage the full spectrum of HR and administrative functions, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company policies.
• Serve as the primary contact for HR-related inquiries, addressing employees' questions effectively.
• Collaborate with various business units and line managers to streamline HR operations across international entities.
• Oversee payroll processing and generate reports to maintain financial accuracy.
• Ensure the integrity of employee records is maintained in the system, complying with all legal requirements.
• Assist in the planning and execution of employee welfare programs to enhance workplace satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Familiarity with the Employment Act and local laws and regulations.
