Job Summary

Create a platform for members to communicate on social issues and provide assistance to support their physical, mental, and emotional wellness.

Responsibilities

• Process membership applications and maintain an accurate membership database to support member engagement
• Organize and facilitate outings and programmes that improve members’ quality of life and social inclusion
• Manage the distribution of food rations and coordinate the rental service for Mobility Aids to meet members’ needs
• Provide timely administrative support to the Social Worker to ensure smooth delivery of social services

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE "O" level or Diploma in Social Service or Applied Psychology
• 2 to 4 years of experience working in a Social Service organisation
