Job Summary

Deliver compassionate and professional nursing care to home nursing clients, supervise healthcare assistants, and conduct thorough assessments to ensure quality and continuity of care in a homecare setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality nursing care to home nursing clients to meet their health needs and improve well-being
• Supervise healthcare assistants to ensure effective support and management of complex nursing cases
• Conduct initial assessments of new clients to establish care plans
• Perform regular re-assessments to monitor progress of home care service clients and adjust care accordingly

Required competencies and certifications

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a homecare setting

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in homecare nursing environments

Other Information

• Work schedule: 5 days per week, non-shift
