WORKSHOP MANAGER

• Reports to Project Manager / Construction Manager
• Manage deployment and utilization of heavy equipment
• Lead maintenance teams and subcontractors
• Preventive maintenance planning and execution
• Manage hydraulic, undercarriage, mechanical systems
• Control equipment cost and spare parts inventory
• Prepare reports and coordinate with project stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality requirements
• Liaise closely with HSE team to ensure operations comply with safety standards
• Act as key liaison for Korean Speaking executives, staff and/or partners.
• Provide periodic updates with project progression to Korean Headquarters and Singapore Branch Office in Korean

Job Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years experience in the construction field; the experience must be in construction and supervision for bridge/viaduct/flyover structures and road projects (Road / LRT / MRT / Viaduct)
• Technically expert and highly knowledgeable in erection of heavy structures
• Candidates with previous experiences in LTA Projects is an advantage
• Proficient in Written and Spoken Korean to act as a key liaison for Korean-speaking executives, staff and partners
