Sales Coordinator

About the Role:

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Coordinator! You will be the central link between our clients, production, and logistics teams—handling the full order lifecycle from quotation to shipping to ensure smooth operations and maximum customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do:

• Process quotations for equipment spare parts, verify incoming customer POs, and generate internal job orders.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with production and project managers. Prepare shipping documents and secure Certificates of Origin (COO) from government agencies.
• Act as the main touchpoint for clients, providing timely updates on order status, delivery timelines, and product queries.
• Generate sales performance metrics, maintain data for forecasting, and analyze trends to assist management decisions.
• Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure accurate invoicing and payment processing.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with SAP software is a strong advantage.
• Meticulous with strong problem-solving skills, able to handle pressure, and possessing excellent communication teamwork traits.
• Working location: North.
