Regional Field Service Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Deliver technical service and field support across the Southeast Asia region, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and equipment performance
• Carry out equipment installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and validation activities at customer sites.
• Support business expansion through technical consultation, new equipment deployment, application support, customer training, and execution of service agreements.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximise equipment uptime, reliability, and operational efficiency while minimising customer downtime.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, software, and process-related issues using established diagnostic methods and service tools.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering
• At least 4 years of experience in Field Service
• Semiconductor/Electronics/Instruments or related industry experience
