DORMITORY EXECUTIVE

Job Description & Requirements

1. The Dormitory executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a dormitory. To ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging living environment for all the residents.

2. Supervision and Leadership to dormitory personnel and cleaners.

3. Support maintenance and repair.

4. Serve as a point of contact for residents on issues related to housing and community standards.

5. Address resident concerns, conflicts, and emergencies promptly and appropriately; Respond to emergencies and incidents within the dormitory, coordinating with security and other relevant personnel as necessary, report to mangement.

6. Coordinate and facilitate resident meetings, programs, and activities to promote community building.

7. Ensures Safety and Security of residents by implementing and enforcing dormitory policies and procedures.

8. Promote a culture of respect, diversity, and inclusion within the dormitory.

9.At least 6 years of administrative experience

10. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate records related to resident occupancy, incidents, and programming.

• Manage dormitory budgets for needed item to be purchase.
