Reportingto the Team Lead of Cash Product Management for Digital Currencies, this rolewill be part of the GTB Product Management team.

TheProduct Manager for Digital Currencies is responsible for supporting andexecuting the strategy, design, and delivery of digital currency solutionscovering tokenized deposits, stablecoins, digital wallets, blockchain‑basedsettlement, and related cash management integrations. This role works acrosstechnology, compliance, operations, and business teams to create secure,scalable, and commercially viable digital currency products for corporate andinstitutional clients.

Inthis role you must demonstrate and apply analytical as well as strategicthinking skills, demonstrate subject matter excellence, instil teamwork, showexceptional judgment and decision-making, and can work independently.

KeyResponsibilities

ProductStrategy & Innovation

  • Responsible for collaborating with various business units in Group Wholesale to identify product development opportunities based on customer needs, competitive landscape, data analysis and market research.
  • Support your manager to identify and actively contribute to business strategies for digital currency offerings (tokenized deposits, stablecoin settlement, digital wallets).
  • Monitor global market developments, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies in blockchain, DLT, and digital assets.
  • Identify commercial opportunities, client use cases, and ecosystem partnerships.

ProductDevelopment & Enhancement

  • Lead end to end product development, including business case creation, requirements definition, and user journey design.
  • Build business requirements (BRD) as the basis for product development and ongoing product enhancements. Work with technology to ensure functional specification (FSD) are aligned to BRD for sign-off.
  • Maintain overall project plan, ensure that all aspects of the projects are captured, recorded, followed up and documented properly. Consolidate and maintain overall project plans and logs (issue, risk, change management, financials, budget, headcount, etc).
  • Ensure product specifications meet regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with Technology and Operations to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.

Portfolio& Lifecycle Management

  • Partner and collaborate closely with multiple internal stakeholders including sales, client segments, middle and back offices to drive commercialization throughout product life cycle.
  • Monitor product performance, profitability, and operational health.
  • Manage pricing structures, fee reviews, and product governance documentation.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of product capabilities and client experience.

Commercialization& Client Advocacy

  • Partner with Sales and Relationship Teams to support client engagements, pitches, and RFPs.
  • Coordinate with Marketing and Communications to develop product collateral and market facing materials.
  • Roll out new and enhanced products to overseas branches and subsidiaries.
  • Drive product adoption and revenue growth through training programs, market outreach, and client communication.

StakeholderEngagement

  • Work closely with compliance, legal and risk partners to ensure proper governance and risk control.
  • Manage the administration for project submissions and approvals through the agreed prioritisation and approval process, maintain a pipeline of approved projects.
  • Work with Operations, Risk, and Compliance to resolve product issues and maintain control standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 5–10 years of experience in transaction banking, cash management, treasury products, or digital banking.
  • Strong understanding of tokenized deposits, stablecoin settlement, digital wallets
  • Familiarity with local and regional regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong project management, business analysis, and problem solving capabilities.
  • Great interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
