Facilities Maintenance Executive (Government Sector)

Responsibilities

• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance, fault response, service recovery and day-to-day facilities maintenance activities across assigned sites.
• Monitor contractor performance, conduct site inspections and condition assessments, and ensure effective service delivery.
• Support emergency response, incident investigations, statutory inspections and regulatory compliance, including root cause analysis and incident reporting.
• Maintain asset records, inventories and CMMS data, prepare operational reports and technical work proposals, and support mobilisation and transition activities.

Skills/ExperienceRequired

• Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Services, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant facilities management experience.
• Experience in contractor management, incident reporting, root cause analysis and work proposal preparation.
• Experience with asset inventory management and CMMS systems.
• MSD System Integrator accreditation or experience supporting security systems within protected facilities is preferred.
