Position: Interior Designer

Description

This position essentially requires the candidate to pitch and provide professional advice on Space planning & concept illustration, Design & Materials specifications, and building strong relationships with our new and existing clientele.

Job Responsibilities

• Preparation of proposals and quotations

• Presenting and proposing design ideas to prospective clients

• Project management and on-site coordination ensure smooth workflow of each project.

• Working closely with various subcontractors and other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum Professional Certificate/ NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

• Candidates with no relevant experience are welcome to apply.

• Great team player, good interpersonal skills, and self-motivated.

• Diligent, Meticulous, and motivated individual

• Eager to learn and sales-driven

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or AutoCAD preferred

• Possess good communication skills (To provide professional advice and build good relationships with clients regarding planning & concept, designs, and material specifications)
