Patient Service Associate, Cardiac Laboratory

You will play a vital role in providing frontline services to patients in the Cardiac Laboratory. You will receive patients, handle their registration, schedule appointments as well as perform cash collection. In addition, you will provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, performing data entry, typing of reports and seeing to maintenance of office supplies. You will also be required to liaise closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to patients.

Requirements:

• GCE 'O'/'N' level qualification/ Certificate in Office Skills or Business Studies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• A pleasant disposition with excellent communication skills
