Supply Chain Executive (Chemical) #EAT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations for local, import, export and APAC drop-shipment orders.
• Coordinate with customers, sales, warehouse, freight forwarders, transporters and overseas teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Manage shipping and import/export documentation, including LC, insurance, customs and delivery documents.
• Coordinate incoming shipments and port clearance while minimizing demurrage, storage and other logistics costs.
• Source and evaluate cost-effective freight and transportation solutions and monitor service provider performance.
• Track orders, shipping documents, PODs, GRNs and invoicing to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory records.
• Prepare regular open-order and OTIF reports and provide shipment updates to customers, sales and management.
• Verify logistics-related invoices and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Support QC documentation, inventory activities, physical stock counts and other logistics operations.
• Provide backup support for local deliveries, exports, tolling/blending and inventory management.

Requirements:

• Min Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with experience in drop shipment/letter of credit
