Programme & Partnerships Coordinator

About the Role

You'll track key engagement targets, develop initiatives to help achieve them, and build IT tools to monitor and follow up on stakeholder engagements — bringing structure and visibility to how engagement efforts are planned and measured.

What You Will Do

Strategic Planning

• Coordinate strategic planning and long-term horizon scans of community engagement efforts with religious organisations
• Track key engagement targets and develop initiatives to achieve desired outcomes

Engagement Tracking & Tools

• Develop and manage IT tools to track and follow up on stakeholder engagements

Cross-Functional Support

• Assist with capability development and partnership initiatives relating to inter-religious relations, social cohesion, crisis preparedness for religious organisations, and multiculturalism

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Business, or a related field
• Prior experience in strategic planning, programme coordination, or policy work preferred
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate targets into actionable initiatives
• Familiarity with IT tools or systems for tracking and reporting
