Job Summary

You will maintain and repair production machinery to optimize equipment effectiveness and reliability, ensuring compliance with quality standards and supporting continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair diverse production equipment to achieve optimal Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), maximize Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), and minimize Mean Time To Repair (MTTR)
• Troubleshoot equipment using checklists, monitoring procedures, mini specifications, and engineering instructions to meet customer requirements and internal quality standards
• Perform real-time equipment troubleshooting, repairs, calibration, and conduct scheduled and unscheduled preventive maintenance
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and maintain a clean, safe production facility
• Handle materials properly to minimize scrap and waste
• Execute daily 5S housekeeping and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities to sustain operational excellence
• Collaborate effectively as a responsible team member with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Manufacturing experience is advantageous
• Entry-level candidates are welcome as training will be provided
