Role Summary
The Regional Partnerships & Community Manager is responsible for developing and executing community growth, strategic partnerships, KOL collaborations, brand engagement, and regional business development initiatives across Asia-Pacific, with Singapore serving as the regional base.
The role manages key creator, community, client, and strategic partner relationships while supporting user acquisition, brand visibility, product adoption, and regional market expansion. The position requires strong commercial awareness, independent judgment, cross-border coordination, and the ability to translate market, partner, and user insights into actionable growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional partnership, community growth, and brand engagement strategies across APAC to drive user acquisition, engagement, brand visibility, and product adoption.
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage KOLs, creators, strategic partners, technology partners, and key client accounts, including partnership planning, commercial discussions, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and clients, understand their business requirements, and coordinate internal resources to support partnership and project delivery.
- Plan and execute KOL campaigns, livestreams, online engagement activities, community initiatives, product promotions, and regional marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement user growth and community engagement programmes, including referral campaigns, ambassador initiatives, loyalty programmes, and other activation strategies.
- Monitor and analyse user engagement, community activity, campaign performance, partner feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improving acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Support brand positioning, communications, and content strategies to strengthen brand awareness and engagement across regional markets.
- Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, operations, and technical teams to support product launches, partnership initiatives, project implementation, and regional market development.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging industry trends, partnership opportunities, customer requirements, and potential areas for business expansion.
- Manage key partner and client communications throughout the relationship lifecycle, including requirements gathering, commercial discussions, implementation coordination, performance reviews, and ongoing relationship development.
- Plan and support regional events, industry conferences, partner meetings, workshops, and community activities, and represent the company when engaging with external partners and stakeholders.
- Collect and analyse partnership, community, campaign, and user-growth performance data and prepare management reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain operating procedures for partner onboarding, KOL collaboration, campaign execution, community management, and performance tracking.
- Support regional expansion by developing partnership pipelines and identifying potential technology, digital platform, brand, and business collaboration opportunities across key APAC markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, Law, Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in business development, key account management, partnerships, brand marketing, community operations, client management, or related functions.
- Experience in technology, internet, IT services, enterprise solutions, digital platforms, or other technology-driven industries.
- Proven experience managing KOL/creator collaborations, strategic partnerships, key accounts, or community/user-growth initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing, partnership, sales, or user-growth programmes.
- Strong client and stakeholder management skills with experience developing long-term business relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user, campaign, sales, and partnership performance data.
- Ability to work effectively across business, marketing, product, operations, and technical teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple regional projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to travel within the APAC region when required.
