Tropic Media is hiring a Video Production Lead to oversee our productions. We're a social-first content studio behind Tropic Monsters TV, Tropic TitBit, Tropic Street, and J Tropic.
Full-Time | 2 Years Experience
Responsibilities:
- Manage productions end-to-end
- Plan shots & production requirements per shoot
- Handle camera & lighting equipment
- Scout locations & manage shoot logistics
- Manage shoot day timeline
- Lead crew on-site
- Coordinate with post-production
- Post-shoot wrap (equipment return, footage handover)
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of camera, lighting & production workflow
- Organised, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple moving parts
- Confident leading a crew on shoot day
- Resourceful problem-solver on set
- Strong communication skills
