Senior Solutions Engineer

Internal Job Title: Senior Product Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities:

- Drive new business development across Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, owning pipeline generation and revenue targets for the assigned territory

- Identify, qualify, and develop enterprise sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, partner referrals, and inbound leads from the Qoder website and Alibaba Cloud Marketplace

- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract closure

- Build and maintain relationships with enterprise decision-makers (CTO, VP of Engineering, IT Directors)

- Deliver product demos and technical presentations for Qoder IDE, Qoder CLI, and QoderWork, tailored to customer use cases

- Conduct discovery sessions to understand customer pain points (e.g. legacy modernization, developer productivity, workflow automation) and design solutions accordingly

- Support Proof of Concept (PoC) and pilot engagements, working closely with product and engineering teams

- Collaborate with cloud marketplace partners (e.g., Alibaba Cloud) to capture and convert joint opportunities, including PDSA technical consulting

- Develop territory-specific go-to-market strategies and build partner/channel ecosystems

- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product positioning and roadmap

- Represent Qoder at industry events, meetups, and conferences in the region

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above

- 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, business development, pre-sales, or solution consulting

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud computing, or AI/ML technologies

- Ability to conduct product demos and communicate technical value to both technical and business audiences

- Excellent communication skills in English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus for working closely with stakeholders in China.

- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments with minimal structure

- Strong learning agility — willing to grow across both commercial and technical dimensions

- Willingness to travel within the region

**Nice to Have**

- Hands-on experience with developer tools, IDEs, CI/CD pipelines, or AI-assisted development tools

- Familiarity with legacy system modernization or application modernization projects

- Experience working with cloud marketplaces (Alibaba Cloud, AWS, etc.)

- Existing customer or channel network in Southeast Asia or Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan

- Additional language skills (Bahasa Indonesia, Malay, Thai, Cantonese, etc.)
