Account Assistant
$2,500 – $3,000
9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounts receivable and payable transactions.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
• Perform data entry and ensure accurate accounting records.
• Process supplier payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage billing, including invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
• Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve billing issues.
• Prepare daily and monthly financial settlements.
• Perform other ad hoc accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
