Global Service Lead, Network & Connectivity

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Global Service Lead, Network & Connectivity is responsible for the end-to-end ownership, governance, and continuous improvement of Suntory Beverage & Food’s global network and connectivity services across offices, factories, supply chain operations, and cloud environments. Reporting to the Global Head of Infrastructure Services, this role drives the transformation from legacy network environments into a modern, secure, resilient, and service-oriented connectivity platform, ensuring global standards, cybersecurity requirements, and business needs are met while delivering a consistent and seamless experience across all SBF markets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Global Service Ownership & Operations – Own the Network &Connectivity service end-to-end across all SBF regions and business units, including service strategy, governance, SLAs, KPIs, roadmap, lifecycle management, service reliability, incident management, problem resolution, and continuous service improvement in partnership with regional delivery teams.
• Network & Connectivity Services – Provide global leadership for network services including SD-WAN, WAN, LAN/Wi-Fi, cloud and hybrid connectivity, internet access, and secure remote access solutions, ensuring a seamless and consistent experience across all markets.
• Network Security, Architecture & Standards – Partner with Cybersecurity to embed Zero Trust, network segmentation, OT security, and secure-by-design principles into network services, while defining, maintaining, and enforcing global network architectures and standards and driving the modernization of legacy technologies.
• Network Observability &User Experience – Enhance proactive monitoring, performance visibility, and user-experience-led observability to reduce incidents, improve service quality, and optimize network performance.
• Emerging Technologies &Innovation – Evaluate, pilot, and implement innovative technologies such as SASE, AI-driven networking, automation, and next-generation Wi-Fi solutions to improve efficiency, resilience, and business value.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise networking, connectivity, or infrastructure roles within global or multinational organizations.
• ·Proven experience in service ownership, service management, or platform leadership for enterprise-scale network and connectivity services.
• Strong knowledge of SD-WAN, enterprise LAN/Wi-Fi, cloud connectivity, network security, and modern infrastructure technologies.
• Solid understanding of ITIL and service lifecycle management, with a product and engineering-oriented mindset focused on service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management, vendor management, and communication skills, with the ability to lead effectively during incidents and high-pressure situations.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or FMCG environments.
• Exposure to emerging technologies such as SASE, AI-driven networking, automation, and observability platforms.
• Demonstrated success leading multi-region, multicultural teams and managing global service providers.
• Experience supporting M&A integrations and large-scale infrastructure transformation or modernization programs.
