What You'll Be Doing

🚀 Workforce Planning

• Support manpower planning and headcount tracking across business units.
• Monitor vacancies, hiring needs, and workforce movements.
• Assist in maintaining establishment structures and approved manpower levels.

📊 People Analytics

• Analyse workforce data and identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
• Support workforce forecasting and budgeting exercises.

🏢 Business & Organisation Insights

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements.
• Participate in organisational development and workforce optimisation projects.
• Gain exposure to how HR supports business growth and transformation.

💡 Project Work

• Support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute fresh ideas to enhance workforce planning and HR operations.
• Assist with other HR and people-related projects as assigned.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Knowledge of workforce planning or manpower planning concepts
• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or data visualisation tools
• Interest in HR Analytics, Organisational Development, or HR Business Partnering
