Sales Manager – Hunter

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition and strategic account growth across Southeast Asia. This is a hunter role focused on opening new logos and developing greenfield opportunities across telco, hyperscaler, cloud provider, data centre, and network/security infrastructure customers.

Responsibilities

• Hunt and acquire new enterprise customers across SEA.
• Develop territory and account penetration strategies.
• Build, manage, and forecast a strong sales pipeline.
• Engage senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Position solutions across security, networking, wireless 5G/6G, and AI performance validation.
• Manage complex sales cycles from discovery to closure.
• Collaborate with solution architects, application engineers, partner teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience.
• Proven hunter profile with new logo and net-new revenue success.
• Experience selling into telcos, hyperscalers, cloud providers, AI infrastructure teams, data centres, or colocation providers.
• Experience selling complex technical solutions such as test and measurement, validation, network visibility, security, wireless, networking, or adjacent technologies.
• Regional SEA exposure and willingness to travel.
