About this job

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Management Executive will be responsible for supporting and overseeing day-to-day operations at assigned client sites.

The role involves on-site operational management, manpower coordination, client servicing, compliance monitoring, quality control, and continuous improvement of operational processes. The Management Executive will work closely with site personnel, clients, vendors, and management to ensure that service standards and operational requirements are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operations at assigned client locations

  • Support the Operations Manager in managing site performance, manpower requirements, and operational matters

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site employees to ensure duties are carried out according to operational requirements and service standards

  • Act as the key point of contact between site personnel, clients, vendors, and the Company

  • Monitor staff attendance, deployment, work performance, conduct, and overall site discipline

  • Assist with manpower scheduling, duty allocation, and deployment planning

  • Ensure smooth implementation of daily operational workflows and resolve on-site operational issues promptly

  • Conduct regular site inspections and operational checks covering areas such as cleanliness, hygiene, safety, inventory, cash handling, documentation, and service standards where applicable

  • Conduct periodic operational and compliance audits and prepare findings for management review

  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, standard operating procedures, client requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements

  • Monitor inventory, equipment, supplies, and other operational resources required for site activities

  • Liaise with suppliers, contractors, vendors, and service providers to coordinate operational requirements

  • Handle client feedback, operational requests, and service-related issues and ensure appropriate follow-up actions are taken

  • Prepare operational reports, incident reports, audit reports, manpower updates, and other management documentation

  • Analyse operational issues and recommend corrective actions or process improvements

  • Assist in implementing new operational procedures, productivity initiatives, and service improvement measures

  • Maintain high standards of site presentation, employee professionalism, and service delivery

  • Support the onboarding, orientation, and on-the-job guidance of newly deployed personnel

  • Assist management with new site mobilisation, project implementation, and operational roll-outs where required

  • Undertake other operational and management responsibilities assigned by the Reporting Manager

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline

  • Relevant experience in operations, site management, hospitality, F&B, facilities, retail, logistics, manpower deployment, or service operations will be advantageous

  • Good understanding of daily site operations and manpower coordination

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills

  • Able to manage employees and communicate effectively with clients and external stakeholders

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Able to handle operational issues independently and escalate matters appropriately when required

  • Comfortable conducting operational checks, audits, and compliance reviews

  • Able to prepare reports and maintain proper operational documentation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and hands-on operational environment

  • Willing to be deployed across different client locations depending on operational requirements

  • Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays where required by the assigned operation
