Staff Nurse (Aged Care / 4 Days Work / AWS + VB / 20 Days AL)

🕐 Working Hours: 12-Hour Rotating Shift

• Day Shift: 7:00am–7:00pm

• Night Shift: 7:00pm–7:00am

• Must be comfortable rotating between day and night shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform, supervise and evaluate clinical nursing care to ensure high standards of patient care.

• Develop, review and update Nursing Care Plans (NCP) according to residents’ needs.

• Supervise and guide Enrolled Nurses and care staff in their clinical practice.

• Coordinate with nursing and other departments to provide holistic care and quality service to residents.

• Support clinical training, quality improvement and nursing standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor / Diploma in Nursing recognised by the Singapore Nursing Board.

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

• Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience, preferably in aged care.

• Strong interest in geriatric / elderly care.

• Comfortable working rotating shifts.
