F&B BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

1. F&B Business Operations

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the company's F&B business and related operating activities.
• Develop and implement operational procedures, workflows and SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor business performance and identify operational issues requiring management attention.
• Coordinate with outlet and operational teams to ensure consistent service, product and operational standards.
• Review operational performance and recommend improvements based on business requirements and performance data.

2. People & Workforce Management

• Support workforce planning and manpower allocation across F&B operations.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training and deployment of employees.
• Work closely with HR and management on employee-related matters, including attendance, performance, discipline and employee relations.
• Identify staffing requirements based on business volume and operational needs.
• Develop and improve staff training and operational procedures to enhance employee productivity.

3. Sales & Business Performance

• Monitor sales performance, operational KPIs and customer-related indicators.
• Analyse business data and identify opportunities to improve revenue, customer conversion and operational efficiency.
• Work with management to develop sales and promotional strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and recommend adjustments where required.
• Prepare operational and business performance reports for management review.

4. E-commerce & Digital Operations

• Oversee and support the company's online business and e-commerce activities.
• Manage product listings, online promotions, product information and digital sales channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams on digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyse online sales performance, customer traffic and conversion trends.
• Identify opportunities to improve the company's online customer acquisition and digital sales performance.

5. Business Development

• Identify new business opportunities within the F&B sector.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business expansion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with business partners, suppliers and other commercial stakeholders.
• Support new outlet, partnership and business expansion initiatives.
• Evaluate potential business opportunities and provide recommendations to management.

6. Supplier & Operational Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers and relevant departments to ensure adequate supply of products and operational resources.
• Monitor inventory and supply-related issues affecting business operations.
• Work with procurement and operational teams to improve supply efficiency and control operating costs.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to resolve operational disruptions and supply issues.

7. Customer Experience

• Monitor customer feedback and identify recurring service or operational issues.
• Coordinate with operational teams to resolve customer complaints and service issues.
• Develop initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyse customer feedback and incorporate findings into operational improvements.

8. Management & Cross-functional Coordination

• Work closely with senior management to implement business strategies and operational plans.
• Coordinate between HR, operations, sales, finance, procurement and digital business functions.
• Support management in evaluating operational risks and implementing appropriate solutions.
• Prepare management reports, business analysis and operational recommendations.
• Take ownership of assigned operational improvement projects from planning through implementation.
