The Opportunity
We are looking for a resourceful, proactive and highly organised Business Support Specialist to support our regional leaders and country business teams.
In this role, you will help keep the business running smoothly by coordinating meetings, travel, events, vendors, payments and day-to-day business processes. You will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring activities are well organised, deadlines are met and documentation is accurate.

What You Will Do
- Executive & Administrative Support to the regional leaders: Manage calendars, meetings and travel arrangements; prepare documents and expense submissions; and follow up on actions and general requests.
- Meetings & Events: Coordinate internal and external meetings and events, including internal processes, venues, hotels, vendors, restaurants, participant arrangements, on-site support and post-event follow-up.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Obtain quotations, coordinate vendor registration and purchasing activities, and follow purchase orders and invoices through to completion.
- Payments & Budget Support: Track invoices, payments, budgets and outstanding items; maintain supporting records; and support timely financial closure of activities.
- Governance & Process Improvement: Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company requirements while proactively identifying opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Bring
- Diploma/Degree in any Field of studies with minimum 1 year of Administrative/ Executive Assistant/ Project/ Business Support experience
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, resourceful and solution-oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with other business systems is an advantage.
- Experience in business support, administration, event coordination or a similar role is an advantage.
- Experience in planning and coordinating meetings or events is an added advantage.
