QA Technician - Metallurgy [East | Up to $2600 | No Experience] - WY

Job Description

• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (7.30am to 4.48pm / 7.30pm to 4.48am, Monthly Rotating)
• Salary: Up to $2600 + AWS + Shift Allowance
• Location: Changi North
• No Experience Required

Job Responsibilities

• Perform metallurgical laboratory sample preparation, sample evaluation and generate evaluation report.
• Perform incoming inspection of direct/indirect material.
• Maintaining lab consumables/spare parts inventory.
• Assist in calibration and archiving of records.
• Assist Quality Engineer and carry out other QA functions as required.

Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Precision Engineering / Aerospace Machining / Mechanical or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in MRO QA environment.
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools such as Caliper and Micrometer.
• Basic understanding of interpreting GD&T drawing.
• Able to multitask to ensure timely delivery of parts.
• CCL certificate will be an added advantage.
