M & E ENGINEER

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.
• Determines project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving site problems.
• Prepares project status reports.
• Coordinates structural details and design features within the project.
• Flexible and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure works are carried out to meet the Company's quality standards and contractual requirements.
• Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants, and sub-contractors' technical matters.
• Ensure timely and smooth progress of works.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the building construction industry preferably with school/government projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD/BIM Modelling.
• Organized, highly motivated, and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.
