Job Summary

You will provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting guests, taking and serving orders accurately, maintaining cleanliness, and coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and serve them professionally to create a welcoming dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve food and beverages following restaurant service standards to maintain quality
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables and dining areas to ensure a clean environment
• Respond promptly to customers’ requests and enquiries to enhance service quality
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas to meet health standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties to support smooth restaurant operations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Handle basic cashiering and payment transactions accurately when required
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to support team needs
