Salary: Up to $3000+AWS

Working Hours: 5.25 days | Office hours

Location: Macpherson

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all operations, scheduling, and vehicle handover support.

• Handle all documentation including job cards, invoices, warranty claims, purchase orders and GRN.

• Assign, monitor and quality-check work done by technicians and contractors.

• Liaise with contractors and sales team, follow up on outstanding tasks, and ensure new vehicles meet delivery standards.

Requirements

• NITEC in Automotive Engineering or equivalent certificate

• Possess at least 1 year relevant PDI experience and a valid Class 3 driving license with clear record
