Permit Declarant Executive | Basic up $3100+AWS | 44 hours | MacPherson-QQ

Salary: Up to $3100

Working Day: 5.125 days
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6:15pm | Once a Month Saturday 9am – 1pm

Location: Macpherson

Key Duties:

• Manage billing processes, including invoicing, credit notes and payment follow-ups.

• Post receipts and payments and perform monthly journal entries.

• Verify supplier pricing and invoices including letters of credit management.

• Coordinate customs duties, permit declarations, and other administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• NITEC in Accounting or Business Administration

• Mini 1years of relevant work experience

• Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is highly advantageous.
