QC Production Engineer

Job Description:

• Inspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specifications according to job traveller.
• Perform inspection using scopes, calipers, gauges, or micrometers.
• Maintain QC and production equipments. Ensure tools are calibrated as per plan.
• Cosmetic inspection using vision scope (Keyence) and dimensional check using Smart Scope.
• Performe bench top soldering process.
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products, and recommend necessary corrective actions.
• RTV reject products, materials, and equipment not meeting specifications, work with supplier on improvements.
• Able to read technical drawings and specifications will be added advantages.
• Perform assembly job on small test jig.
• Report test data generation and uploading to server.
• Work with manager to support costomer feedback and improvement.

• Degree/Diploma in related fields
• Use Microsoft Excel & Microsoft word
• Good communication skills and passion in learning
