Job Summary

You will greet and serve customers professionally, take and deliver orders accurately, maintain cleanliness, and support daily restaurant operations to ensure a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and serve them in a professional manner to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Serve food and beverages following restaurant service standards to maintain quality
• Set up, clear, and maintain tables and dining areas to provide a clean environment
• Respond promptly to customers’ requests and enquiries to enhance their dining experience
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas to meet health standards
• Assist with opening and closing duties to support restaurant operations
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
• Handle basic cashiering and payment transactions accurately when required
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor to support team needs
