Job title: Senior HR & GA Specialist (Job ID: 20390)

Location : One North

Basic up to $6,300 + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

Human Resources

• Provides expert guidance on Singapore employment legislation, HR policies, payroll, statutory compliance requirements and employment practices.

• Advises management on employee relations matters and supports the resolution of workplace issues.

• Identifies HR-related risks and recommends practical and compliant solutions.

• Partners with management to support organisational and people-related initiatives.

• Drives recruitment activities and collaborates with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.

• Administers and continuously improves HR policies, practices, and procedures.

• Supports payroll administration, including CPF contributions, tax-related submissions, government-paid leave claims, and other statutory reporting requirements.

• Supports the implementation and enhancement of performance management processes.

• Develops and facilitates employee engagement activities.

• Shares HR knowledge and best practices with team members and stakeholders.

• Collaborates closely with headquarters HR and external consultants on specialized HR matters.

• Ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to employment, payroll, taxation, employee benefits, and work pass administration.

General Affairs (GA)

• Oversees General Affairs operations and drives continuous process improvements.

• Manages office vendors, service providers, and contractual arrangements.

• Supports compliance initiatives and internal policy implementation.

• Coordinates workplace, facilities, health, and safety matters.

• Partners with headquarters and internal stakeholders on office administration and operational matters.

Other Duties

• Leads or supports HR and GA-related projects.

• Identifies opportunities to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Performs other duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience

• Extensive experience across multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, payroll and benefits, statutory compliance, and HR operations.

• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, statutory compliance requirements, and HR best practices.

• Ability to interpret complex situations, assess risks, and provide sound HR recommendations.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy while balancing business and people considerations.

• Adaptable and flexible individual who thrives in a dynamic environment.
