PERM Radiology Administrative Assistant (Up to 3k, Central) #HFT

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage bookings and appointments for cases scheduled in the Cath Lab.
• Assist with daily administrative coordination and preparation of the day's census.
• Monitor and maintain inventory records for relevant medical and administrative supplies.
• Support inventory tracking and ensure adequate availability of required items.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to bookings, inventory and daily operations.
• Perform data entry and other administrative tasks using Microsoft Office applications.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and administrative operations.
• Respond to enquiries and provide timely administrative support to patients, staff and relevant stakeholders.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant administrative experience, preferably within a healthcare or medical environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
