As a broad-based HR Generalist, you will support a range of HR functions, employee life-cycle activities, and organizational initiatives locally and across the Asia Pacific region. Combining operational ownership with strategic contribution, you will provide practical HR advice, manage day-to-day employee matters, and deliver well-coordinated support in a fast-paced multinational environment. In addition, you will:

• Partner with managers and stakeholders to provide guidance on HR policies, employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes.
• Manage end-to-end employee life-cycle activities, including onboarding, confirmations, transfers, employee records, and offboarding.
• Contribute to talent attraction, recruitment, learning, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage performance management activities, including goal setting, annual reviews, and calibration discussions.
• Drive HR projects, review workflows to streamline processes, update policies/SOPs, and prepare HR reports and data analysis for decision-making.
• Support compensation, benefits, and employee insurance administration while collaborating on regional initiatives and HRIS process improvements.

skills and experience required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimally 7 years of broad-based HR generalist experience, preferably within an MNC.
• Good working knowledge of local employment practices, HR governance, and general compensation and benefits administration.
• Exposure to regional HR work across the Asia Pacific region would be an advantage.
• Proficient in handling HR data and Excel; user experience with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms is advantageous.
• Experience in process improvement, policy review, HR projects, or change implementation.
