Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Work Week: 5 Days
Annual Leave: 7 Days Onwards

Job Responsibilities | 工作职责

• Monitor assigned staff social media accounts on a daily basis.

• Check and verify that required social media posts are completed according to company guidelines.

• Review posts to ensure they meet the required standards, including content, quality, hashtags, tagging, captions and posting schedule.

• Maintain accurate weekly social media posting and compliance records.

• Prepare and submit weekly compliance reports for incentive processing.

• Follow up with staff regarding missing, incomplete or late posts.

• Remind staff of outstanding posting requirements before the relevant deadlines.

• Maintain screenshots and other supporting records for documentation purposes.

• Identify and report repeated non-compliance, irregularities or issues to management.

• Coordinate with staff and managers to ensure social media requirements are properly followed.

Preferred Skills | 优先条件

• Experience in managing or monitoring social media accounts.

• Basic understanding of social media content and engagement.

• Good attention to detail when checking content and records.

• Comfortable communicating and following up with multiple staff members.
