assist coordinator

We are looking for a responsible and motivated team member to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, coordinating site activities, and ensuring all assigned works are completed safely, efficiently, and according to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out assigned works and tasks according to project requirements.
• Coordinate with supervisors, clients, contractors, and other relevant parties.
• Ensure work is completed within the required schedule and quality standards.
• Follow all workplace safety rules, procedures, and requirements.
• Prepare and maintain necessary work records and documentation.
• Attend to site issues and assist in resolving problems when required.
• Maintain good housekeeping and ensure the work area is kept clean and safe.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

• Relevant experience in construction, building maintenance, M&E, or related fields will be an advantage.
• Relevant technical knowledge and practical skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.
• Able to work at site and adapt to different working environments.
• Able to work overtime, weekends, or night shifts when required.
