Supply Chain Coordinator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our warehousing and logistics team. This role involves coordinating supply chain operations, managing inventory flow, and liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics processes. The ideal candidate will contribute to optimising our supply chain efficiency whilst maintaining excellent service standards.

**Job Description**
• Coordinate daily supply chain activities including order processing, inventory management, and shipment scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve logistics issues and maintain smooth operations
• Monitor inventory levels, prepare reports on stock movements, and implement measures to optimise warehouse space utilization
• Maintain accurate records in supply chain management systems and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

**Job Requirements**
• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain coordination or logistics operations
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
• Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management abilities
