Purchasing & Logistics Executive

Responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing and logistics operations to ensure timely supply and delivery of FMCG products.

• Source and procure products based on demand and inventory levels
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and on-time delivery
• Arrange import/export shipments and liaise with freight forwarders
• Prepare and manage shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, permits, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., food safety, customs)
• Monitor inventory and support stock replenishment planning
• Track shipments and resolve delivery or supply issues
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution
